How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account yourself from inside the Android app. The app interface is in Arabic, so each step below shows the exact screen and highlights the item to tap.
Before you begin
For your protection, an account can only be deleted when it has nothing outstanding. Deletion is refused if any of these apply:

|---|---|
| You have an unsettled debt | Settle it, or contact us |
| Your account balance is not zero | Collect or clear the balance first |
| You have shipments still being processed | Wait until they are delivered or returned |
If any of these blocks the request, the app shows a message explaining which one — nothing is changed.
Steps

1Open Settings
From the app home screen, tap الاعدادات (Settings).

2Open Profile
Tap الملف التعريفي (Profile).

3Tap the red delete button
At the top of the Profile screen there is a row of four round buttons. Tap the red button with the trash-can icon — it is the left-most one. The other three are reset (orange), sign out (yellow, marked EXIT) and change password (teal, padlock).

4Type حذف and confirm
A confirmation box appears. Type the Arabic word حذف exactly into the field (4), then tap ادخال (Submit) (5). Anything other than that exact word cancels the request.
What happens when your account is deleted

Your ability to sign in — the account is deactivated at once. Your sign-in name is anonymised so it can no longer be used or matched. Your session tokens and your device push-notification token are erased. The app’s local database on your phone is wiped. |
Records of shipments you sent or received are kept as business and accounting records, as required for tax, audit and dispute purposes. They are no longer linked to a usable account. |
If you cannot sign in
If you are unable to open the app or complete the steps above, contact us and we will process the deletion on your behalf. Please include the phone number registered on the account so we can identify it.
